After living with family for 4 years, my husband and I were finally able to purchase a home through your real estate office, and I´d like to tell you the experience that we had.

Our agent was Dave Slover, and I´d like to start out by thanking you for having Dave as part of your team. Dave is a kind, honest, and generally concerned man. From the very first meeting, Dave didn´t try to "sweet-talk" us or push us into a home that he knew we would not be able to afford. He worked hard for us and was available for us at all times, even up to the very last minute. Never once did he ask us to sign any paper asking us to use him exclusively as our realtor like we´ve experienced with other realtors when we first started our home search. We will highly recommend Dave Slover to family, friends, and even strangers for all their real estate needs.

Next, let me tell you about our loan officer, Tammy Bass with AV Mortgage. In all honesty, I don´t even know where to start ? she is absolutely amazing! Never have I seen such dedication and commitment to a job and for a family that she didn´t even know, to help them get into a home like I experienced with Tammy. She went the extra mile (and more) for us to get us into our home. I truly feel that Tammy´s dedication (to us) is because of her love for the Lord. Tammy started out as a loan officer, but ended as a wonderfully new friend ? our lives have been deeply blessed because of her. Mr. Anderson, please continue to urge your real estate team to refer to Tammy as their working loan officer.

Our experience in purchasing our house was wonderfully positive and we look forward to making it a home.
